Key Responsibilities Safely operate power tools to ensure precise assembly, prevent defects and minimize risk of injury Performs a variety of functions following prescribed procedures in product assembly and testing. Assemble components as required on time and according to quality specifications. Identify improvement areas and effectively communicate ways to implement change. Maintain the cleanliness of workstation and assist with entire department housekeeping. High personal standards with regards to productivity, quality, and safety. Willingness to learn multiple stations within the department. Overtime and weekend hours may be assigned. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
