What You Will Do:

• Restore equipment to peak performance: Rebuild and recondition machine components to meet manufacturer specifications.
• Work where the job takes you: Travel to customer sites and work in the shop using a mobile service unit to complete repairs.
• Deliver high-quality work: Focus on accuracy and efficiency to ensure reliable, long-lasting repairs.
• Solve real-world problems: Identify issues and recommend solutions that help keep customer equipment running.

What You Will Need:

• Mechanical expertise: Background as a machinist or similar role with strong mechanical skills preferred.
• Focus on quality and accuracy: Ability to deliver precise, high-quality work you can stand behind.
• Ability to communicate effectively: Work with customers and teammates to understand needs and deliver solutions.
• Comfort with technology: Experience using computer systems and tools to support your work.
• Valid driver's license: Ability to operate a company vehicle and travel to customer locations as needed.
• Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
