Customer Service Associate

Monterrey Tile, a leader in the tile and stone industry, has an immediate opening for a FULL-TIME Customer Service Associate to work in our Showroom.

Starting $18 or DOE

Responsibilities:

Meets and greets customers
Effectively communicates with our customers. Spanish a plus
Responds efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintains high customer satisfaction.
Takes ownership of the showroom supporting all strategies and initiatives.
Maintaining sample stock as well as cleanliness and sanitation of showroom.
Log & follow up on all client information including but not limited to contact information and related notes.
Performs other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

H.S. Diploma/GED
2 years' previous customer service or retail experience
Basic Microsoft Office computer skills
Ability to work Saturdays, rotates
Have a genuine excitement to help customers
Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
Must pass felony background check
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
