Transportation Supervisor

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Pay: $25–$28/hour DOE At Moldaw Residences, every day is an opportunity to make a difference. What You'll Do As our Transportation Supervisor, you'll play an essential role in keeping our community moving safely while leading our transportation program. Your responsibilities will include: * Safely transport residents to medical appointments, grocery shopping, community outings, and special events. * Supervise and support the transportation team while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations. * Assist residents with boarding and exiting vehicles, including accommodating walkers, wheelchairs, canes, and other mobility devices. * Coordinate resident attendance for outings and trips with the Lifestyles team.

• Help load groceries and personal purchases.
• Schedule routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-presented vehicles.
• Support Plant Operations with additional supervisory responsibilities as

assigned. * Contribute to a welcoming, resident-centered environment where exceptional service enhances the quality of life for our residents. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, dependable, and service-oriented.
• Passionate about working with older adults.
• A safe and confident driver with strong leadership skills.
• Organized, professional, and committed to providing outstanding hospitality.

Qualifications

• Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six (6) months of bus or passenger van driving experience.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
