Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Arlington, TX 76001
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk . This is a great opportunity for someone with office, accounting, bookkeeping, or data entry experience who enjoys working with numbers and staying organized.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and process invoices
- Check invoices for accuracy
- Enter payments and vendor credits
- Reconcile vendor accounts
- Follow up with vendors regarding invoices and credits
- Help resolve invoice and purchase order issues
- Process inventory returns
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Perform data entry and general office duties
- Help with day-to-day Accounts Payable tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous Accounts Payable, accounting, bookkeeping, or office experience preferred
- Good computer and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Organized and dependable
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
