Logistics Coordinator

Location: Bloomingdale, IL Pay: $23.00–$27.00 per hour, based on experience Schedule: Full-time | Onsite | Monday–Friday | 8-hour shift Keep Products Moving. Keep Customers Happy. Big Bolt LLC is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support our fast-paced manufacturing operation. For nearly 50 years, Big Bolt has been a trusted manufacturer of specialty fasteners, delivering high-quality custom products with industry-leading turnaround times. In this role, you will help ensure that materials and shipments move efficiently while supporting our Purchasing, Shipping, Receiving, Production, and Sales teams. What You’ll Do Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to help ensure accurate, on-time deliveries Serve as the primary internal expeditor between Purchasing, Shipping, Receiving, Production, and Sales Prepare, review, and maintain Bills of Lading and other shipping documentation Investigate and resolve UPS claims, delivery concerns, and freight-related issues Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records in NetSuite ERP Assist with month-end inventory and shipping activities, including inventory adjustments Identify and resolve logistics issues that could affect production or customer orders Help improve shipping processes and overall operational efficiency What We’re Looking For At least two years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations Experience preparing and reviewing Bills of Lading Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic Microsoft Excel skills Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in a high-volume manufacturing or warehouse setting Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-first mindset Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience NetSuite ERP experience Work Environment This position is performed in a manufacturing and warehouse setting.
