We're seeking CNC Machinists, CNC Operators, and CNC Setup Technicians to work at a premier manufacturing client in Farmington, CT. With us, it's all about finding the job that's just right.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00$43.00/hr DOE (+ 15% Shift Differential) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 3:30 PM12:00 AM | Full-Time

What's a typical day as a CNC Machinist / CNC Operator? You'll be:

• Setting up and operating CNC machinery according to work instructions and engineering specifications.
• Working with equipment such as CNC Mills, Lathes, Press Brakes, Laser Cutting Machines, Punch Presses, EDM Machines, and Tooling Equipment.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and production documentation.
• Performing quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
• Making machine adjustments and tool changes to maintain production requirements.
• Troubleshooting minor machine and production issues.
• Maintaining a safe, organized work area through established manufacturing and 5S practices.
• Supporting production goals while ensuring quality standards are consistently met.

• Can read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Have experience using precision measuring equipment.

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
