Chief of Staff, Data Center Construction

Role Description

The Chief of Staff to the Data Center Construction leadership team within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a strategic operations and execution partner responsible for helping drive alignment, operating discipline, and visibility across OCI's global data center construction portfolio.

• This role supports the planning, governance, communications, and execution rhythms required to deliver data center capacity at scale.
• The individual will work closely with leaders across:
  • Construction
  • Engineering
  • Commissioning
  • Supply Chain
  • Finance
  • Operations
  • PMO
  • Regional Delivery Teams
• Improve coordination, track priorities, surface risks, and enable faster decision-making.

We are seeking candidates with experience in:

• Data centers
• Infrastructure delivery
• Construction management
• Program management
• Strategic operations
• Consulting

The ideal candidate is:

• Highly organized
• Analytical
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity
• Able to translate complex information into clear executive-ready materials

Remote, work from home. Some travel may be required from time to time.
