Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced Lead Fabricator, Fitter, and Welder. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in reading blueprints and possess a strong mechanical aptitude. For the right candidate, there are opportunities for advancement to help with administration & management of the shop. Minimum of 4 years relevant experience Experience working with both standard and specialized equipment, including but not limited to: Table Saw, Drill, Grinder, Welding equipment, Plasma Cutter, and Metal Brake Follow OSHA and internal safety guidelines Demonstrate attention to detail with high-quality focus Able to work alone or in a small team with minimal supervision Flexible to changing requirements and/or job duties Able to meet schedules and deadlines Prioritize organization & general workspace housekeeping Proven demonstration of the values of Integrity, Respect, Hard Work, and Safety First Able to lift up to 50 lbs Able to stand for extended periods Able to bend, kneel, climb, crouch, reach overhead, grasp, push, and pull RequiredExperience : Experience with some or all of: shear, press brake, iron worker, burn table, lathe, and end mill/Bridgeport.- Computer and CAD skills are a plusaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
