Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Florida Department of Health School Psychologist License required
• Experience or strong interest in working within a school setting, preferably with PreK to 8th grade students
• Proficiency in evaluating students’ cognitive, social, and emotional needs
• Familiarity with the latest best practices in student assessment and intervention
• Ability to communicate effectively with teachers, families, and administrators
• Timely completion of district-specific fingerprinting and in-person HR badging (prior prints through AHCA Clearinghouse may be accepted if applicable)
• Strong time management and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret psychological tests for students across PK–8th grades
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized interventions and strategies
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to address students’ learning and behavioral needs
• Provide ongoing consultation and support to teachers and families
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to district and professional guidelines
• Support the development of positive learning environments across assigned sites
