Key Qualifications:

• Active Florida DOH School Psychologist license required
• Experience working with Pre-K through 8th-grade students preferred
• Ability to quickly complete district-specific fingerprinting; eligibility for AHCA Clearinghouse a plus
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to student advocacy
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, school-based setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct student assessments, including cognitive, social-emotional, and behavioral evaluations
• Interpret testing results and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective intervention plans
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation services to students, families, and staff
• Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings, contributing to the development of personalized learning strategies
• Support the school’s mission to create a safe and nurturing learning environment for all
