Job Description Job Description Confidential Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Williamsport, PA Now Hiring: Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Employment Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem Immediate Openings Available Shift: Evening (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) A well-established Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in the Williamsport area is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. We are hiring immediately for full-time, part-time, and per diem evening positions . Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed. Obtain and record vital signs and promptly report changes in resident condition to the nursing team. Safely transfer, reposition, and ambulate residents using proper techniques. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care. Follow all infection prevention, safety, and facility policies and procedures. Provide compassionate emotional support while promoting residents' dignity and independence. Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team. Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required. Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care is preferred but new CNAs are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Schedule Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem positions available Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Weekend and holiday rotation may be required.
