Lead Commercial Cleaner – Day Shift

Schedule: Monday through Friday – Day Shift Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience.

We are seeking a Commercial Cleaner Supervisor to oversee day-to-day cleaning operations and help ensure our customers receive high-quality, professional service.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside commercial cleaning team members.
• Assign daily cleaning duties and ensure all work is completed properly and on schedule.
• Clean offices, restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, hallways, and other commercial spaces.
• Perform duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, trash removal, and restroom cleaning.
• Inspect completed work to ensure company quality standards are met.
• Train and assist new cleaning employees as needed.
• Keep cleaning supplies and equipment organized and report when supplies are needed.
• Communicate professionally with management, employees, and customers.
• Report building, equipment, safety, or cleaning concerns to management.
• Follow all company safety procedures and cleaning guidelines.
• Maintain dependable and punctual attendance.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Must be dependable, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Must have good communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to lead a team and maintain a professional attitude.
• Must be able to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift.
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday during daytime hours .

Compensation

$22.00–$25.00 per hour , depending on commercial cleaning experience, leadership experience, and qualifications.
