Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)- High-Speed Manufacturing

Monday–Friday | $70,000-$75,000 + 5–10% Annual Bonus We are seeking a hands‑on Production Supervisor who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and driving operational success in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Annual performance bonus: 5–10% Opportunity to lead and develop larger production teams Direct impact on operational performance and continuous improvement efforts Strong opportunity to contribute ideas and drive process improvements What You’ll Be Doing Lead daily operations for a fast‑paced production environment and ensure production goals are achieved safely and efficiently Coach, mentor, and develop team members while creating a positive and accountable culture Conduct shift meetings and monitor production performance, workflow, and productivity Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support Lean Manufacturing efforts Identify operational challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve efficiency Create and execute team improvement plans and performance objectives Coordinate staffing, labor allocation, and work schedules to support production demands Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures Promote teamwork, problem‑solving, employee engagement, and individual development What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in a high‑speed, high‑volume manufacturing environment Experience leading, coaching, and motivating production teams Strong problem‑solving and leadership skills Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or 6S methodologies strongly preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent leadership experience will be considered If you’re a leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving processes, and creating results in a manufacturing environment, we’d love to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr CEO Inc.
