CNC Operator

Rome Grinding Solutions is seeking a CNC Operator to support efficient production operations and ensure high-quality manufacturing output. This role is critical to meeting organizational goals and requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: Perform prescribed preventive maintenance on CNC machines Maintain clean equipment and a safe, organized work environment Follow all safety regulations and wear required safety gear Measure, examine, and test completed parts to ensure conformance to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering documentation Meet production goals, quotas, and deadlines Manage time efficiently to maximize performance and productivity Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance tools such as hoists Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Ability to stand for long periods of time Comfortable working in an environment with regularly changing conditions Experience using measuring tools such as calipers Ability to take accurate measurements and inspect parts Employer- paid Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Employer- paid Life Insurance and Short -Term Disability Paid Time Off (PTO) and Quarterly Accrued Personal Time #J-18808-Ljbffr
