Now Hiring: Assembly / Laborer - 1st Shift

Join a growing manufacturing team! We are seeking dependable and hardworking Assembly / Laborers to work in a clean, organized industrial manufacturing environment.

???? Position Details

• Position: Assembly / Laborer
• Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Work Environment: Clean and organized manufacturing facility (non-climate controlled)
• Dress Code: Work boots and work pants required

???? Job Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, production, and finishing operations
• Assemble and install pre-manufactured components and parts
• Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and specialty tools
• Operate power tools including grinders, drills, impact guns, and circular saws
• Drill holes and assist with fabrication activities
• Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and trucks
• Move and position materials throughout the production area
• Operate forklifts, hoists, lift beams, swivel hooks, and other lifting equipment
• Follow written and verbal work instructions
• Transfer completed products to the next stage of production
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, construction, or industrial environments
• Experience using hand and power tools safely
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and heavy lifting
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with grinders, drills, impact guns, and circular saws
• Forklift operating experience
• Welding and fabrication experience
• Painting or touch-up painting experience
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
