Throughout this internship you will develop real-world experience researching companies, prospecting decision makers, conducting discovery conversations, and presenting Blume's services to business owners. By the end of the program you will understand how sales pipelines are built, measured, and managed, and you will leave with tangible accomplishments you can discuss in future interviews. Duration Part-time, 12 weeks Remote in Dallas-Fort Worth Opportunity for hybrid team building What you'll learn Sales fundamentals and prospecting Cold calling and objection handling Discovery conversations CRM and pipeline management Business research and account targeting Professional communication Sales presentations and pitching What you'll do Research prospective businesses Conduct outbound outreach via phone and email Qualify potential customers Schedule meetings for the sales team Build and manage a sales pipeline Present a final capstone on your experience and key learnings What you'll leave with Hands-on B2B sales experience Real pipeline generation metrics Professional sales training and mentorship Resume-worthy projects and measurable accomplishments LinkedIn recommendation and professional reference for successful interns Performance based commission opportunities Compensation This internship is structured as a 1099 contractor role with performance based incentives. Interns will receive commission from sourced business opportunities for the following: Directly sourced opportunities. If an intern sources a lead that converts to a customer. Opportunities sourced by the Blume team from intern account research efforts. If a lead originates from an account executive working accounts that came from the intern's prospecting efforts or account research efforts. Who we're looking for We are looking for coachable, motivated students or early-career professionals who enjoy talking with people, solving problems, and are excited to learn sales and how businesses grow.
