Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to identify their physical therapy needs and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions based on identified goals, utilizing techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and therapeutic exercises.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and training to patients and their family members, equipping them with knowledge about their conditions and the importance of compliance with treatment protocols.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to develop cohesive treatment strategies and improve patient care.
• Maintain high standards for customer service, ensuring that patients feel valued and understood throughout their treatment process.
• Meet key performance indicators and utilization targets, contributing to the overall success of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on patients experiencing orthopedic issues, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our diverse patient demographic includes individuals of all ages, from children to seniors, emphasizing our commitment to providing specialized care that meets the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required, demonstrating advanced knowledge in the field.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy is essential, along with the latest Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with patients and families.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications to maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• A genuine passion for building strong therapeutic relationships with patients to better assist them in meeting their functional goals.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome applications from recent graduates, a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant setting is preferred. Compensation and Benefits
