Position Japanese–English Bilingual HR Coordinator Summary We are seeking a Japanese–English bilingual HR Coordinator to support expatriate employees assigned to the U.S. This role involves close communication with expatriates, their managers, and internal HR‑related departments, and provides hands‑on exposure to HR operations in a global environment. Essential Duties Expatriate Expense & Allowance Support Manage expatriate‑related expense settlements using AGAVE Understand expatriate support policies and ensure accurate processing Coordinate data and processes with Payroll HR System Administration for Expatriates Register and maintain expatriate information in HR systems Update records related to onboarding, promotions, organizational changes, and transfers Additional Expatriate Support (details to be finalized) Assist with expatriate health management and crisis management support Support processes related to performance evaluation, promotion, and internal transfers Stakeholder Communication Communicate regularly with expatriates, their supervisors, and internal departments Act as a point of contact for expatriate‑related HR inquiries Working Hours, Working Style Full‑time 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Hybrid Working Location Atlanta, GA Salary/Benefit 50K - 60K Qualifications Japanese and English bilingual (business level required) Strong communication and coordination skills Interest in HR operations and global business environments Detail‑oriented with the ability to handle administrative tasks accurately Experience with HR systems, payroll, or administrative support (a plus) Experience supporting expatriates or working in a multicultural environment (a plus) #J-18808-Ljbffr
