Human Resource Generalist (HR) - Day Shift

HR Specialist – People Operations (Contract)
Shift: M-F | 1st shift
We are seeking detail-oriented HR Specialists to support the People Operations team with virtual I-9 document review and Section 2 completion in Workday . Conduct virtual I-9 document inspections in accordance with federal guidelines.
Complete Section 2 of Form I-9 accurately within Workday.
Review employment authorization documents for authenticity, completeness, and compliance.
Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and new hires to resolve documentation issues.
Experience with Workday or a similar HRIS platform.
Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
HR Operations or Employee Lifecycle experience.
Experience conducting virtual document verification.
HR compliance or audit experience.
Customer-service orientation and focus on employee experience.
