About the Role
The Company is seeking a Dean to provide strategic leadership and vision for the institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative functions of the college, fostering a culture of excellence in teaching and research, and promoting the college's mission and values. The Dean will also be tasked with managing budgets, resources, and personnel, as well as building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders. Applicants for the Dean position at the company should have a Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant field, a strong record of scholarly achievement, and a proven track record in academic administration. The role requires a leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to inspire and mentor faculty and students, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic planning, fundraising, and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in higher education.
