Harvey, Masters, Contact, Belanger, Lansas, and Durgo. -## Position SummaryFabricate metal components by manual machining and operating CNC machines.## Position Responsibilities* Run multiple CNC machines simultaneously, efficiently running parts through the equipment.* Operate band saws, drill presses, and other manual machining equipment.* Perform machining operations for milling, boring, grinding, lathe.* Create product based on work orders and drawings.* Use wide range of precision measuring instruments to maintain a close tolerance.* Complete reports, issue material to work order as required, file prints.* Other duties as assigned.## Knowledge and Experience* Ability to read and understand blueprints.* Proficient in part inspection, including use of calipers, bore gauges, thread gauges, and micrometers.* Familiarity with CNC controllers* Mechanical aptitude.* Team player.* Communication skills (written and oral).* Basic math, reading, and writing skills.* Good problem-solving skills.* Basic understanding of ISO9001 and LEAN* Ability to work unsupervised.* Fast learner.
