What You'll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care in the operating room for diverse surgical procedures.
• Assist in neurosurgery, spine, orthopedic/spine, and complex general surgeries, including bariatric procedures.
• Prepare OR supplies, instruments, and patient safety protocols.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure efficient and safe operative experiences.
• Maintain accurate documentation within electronic health records (EPIC preferred).
• Respond to emergent situations with appropriate clinical interventions.
• Support preoperative and postoperative patient care as needed.

What You Need

Required:

• Ohio RN license or compact license eligible
• Minimum 3 years OR experience
• BCLS certification
• Experience with Level I trauma and neuro surgeries preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred:

• EPIC EMR experience
• Prior travel staffing experience
• Experience in ENT, GU, plastics, or burns
