• Experience: Minimum 3 years OR nursing experience, including Neurosurgery, Spine, Ortho/Ortho Spine, or Complex General Surgery (including Bariatrics); prior travel experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide specialized perioperative nursing care in Neurosurgery, Spine, Ortho/Ortho Spine, and Complex General Surgery cases
• Assist with preoperative preparations and intraoperative procedures
• Monitor patient vitals and anesthesia during surgery
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and sterile protocols
• Document procedures accurately in EPIC (preferred)
• Collaborate with surgical team members for optimal patient outcomes
• Respond to emergent situations as required, including Level I Trauma and Neuro cases

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Ohio RN license
• Minimum 3 years of OR nursing experience
• BLS certification
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Experience in Neurosurgery, Spine, Orthopedics, or complex general surgeries
• Prior travel experience preferred
• Proficiency with EPIC (preferred)

Preferred:

• Certifications in specific specialties (e.g., CNOR)
• Experience with EPIC or similar EHR systems
• Knowledge of trauma and neuro patient care
