As the Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) you are leading and coordinating a cross-functional Business Segment Team that drives sustainable business growth, customer engagement and market share expansion. You effectively align Marketing, Sales and Product Management activities to identify market opportunities, define go-to-market strategies, enable customer success and achieve market share and design-win targets. Exciting tasks are waiting for you Define and execute the market segment growth strategy for Networks, Communications & Enterprise Storage aligned with corporate business objectives Collaborate with Product Management to influence product roadmaps based on market requirements and competitive insights Drive go-to-market initiatives and commercial campaigns to increase revenue, market share and customer adoption Establish clear Business Segment objectives, KPIs and execution priorities while ensuring accountability across all functions Ensure strong alignment between customer needs, product positioning, technical value propositions and sales activities Monitor and analyze business performance, pipeline development, market dynamics and competitive activities Act as the central point of leadership and decision coordination for the assigned market segment Your profile Successfully completed degree in marketing, business administration or engineering Several years of experience in product/technical marketing, sales, business development within electrical engineering disciplines Strong understanding of the systems and partner networks behind high-bandwidth, low-latency communications for the world’s most demanding networking and storage applications Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience in go-to-market strategies, campaign management and sales enablement Entrepreneurial and customer oriented mindset Very good German and/or English skills, written and spoken Willingness to travel up to 20% Benefits & Compensation The opportunity to shape strategy, positioning and market direction with visible impact across the organization A role that bridges technology, market trends, customer engagement and business strategy Working with differentiated solutions rather than broadly commoditized products Contributing to areas like AI infrastructure, edge systems, industrial IoT, cybersecurity and resilient data solutions Freedom to introduce ideas, challenge assumptions and create new market opportunities Health insurance 401(k) matching Paid time off Dental insurance Paid holidays Vision insurance Remote or Hybrid work Compensation Package is between $120,000 – $150,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and location About us Swissbit AG is the leading European manufacturer of storage, security and embedded IoT solutions for demanding applications.
