The Role at a glance:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Event Bartender to join our Constellation team at our Florida Commissary in Miami, FL. You'll prepare and serve handcrafted cocktails and beverages at weddings, corporate events, private parties, banquets, and other catered functions while creating a welcoming guest experience and maintaining a clean, organized bar area.

Compensation:

$26 an hour.

What you'll be doing:
• Set up and stock the bar adhering to company's required standards.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Monitor inventory and restock beverages, ice, glassware, and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout the event.
• Follow responsible alcohol-service and food-safety guidelines.
• Assist with event breakdown and cleanup.
• Communicate effectively with event managers and service staff.


What we're looking for:
• Previous bartending experience *required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Responsible alcohol service certification *required
• Ability to lift and carry event supplies as needed
