Whether you're an experienced full-desk (360) recruiter or a recruiting-focused (180) recruiter looking to take the next step in your career, we provide the platform, leadership, and resources to help you succeed. What You'll Do 180 Recruiter Source, identify, and engage top technology professionals across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates Conduct candidate interviews and qualification calls Present qualified candidates to clients and account managers Manage the interview process and candidate experience from introduction through placement Develop talent pipelines within technology specialties including Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, Software Engineering, AI, DevOps, and IT Support 360 Recruiter In addition to the responsibilities above: Develop new business relationships and generate revenue from new and existing accounts Identify hiring needs and consult with clients on talent acquisition strategies Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from business development through placement Negotiate contracts, rates, and offer terms Drive desk growth and build long-term client partnerships What We're Looking For Recruiting experience preferred, but strong sales, business development, or relationship-building experience will also be considered Prior staffing agency experience is highly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Competitive, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow a book of business and earn uncapped commissions Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and career growth mentality Why Green Key?
