Project Manager

This is a Construction Project Manager role - not an IT Project Manager. We're looking for someone with experience managing commercial building projects for a General Contractor from preconstruction through closeout. You'll join a well-established GC with a strong reputation across the Cincinnati and Dayton markets, leading projects in healthcare, higher education, corporate interiors, and municipal construction. What You'll Do Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project execution Build strong relationships with owners, architects, and field teams Lead Project Engineers and Coordinators throughout the project lifecycle Drive projects from preconstruction through final closeout What We're Looking For 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience with a General Contractor Experience managing project budgets and financial performance Ability to oversee multiple projects in different phases of construction Experience with negotiated and hard-bid projects Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred Why This Opportunity?
