Customer Onboarding Manager

Owning the implementation and adoption for Kojo's largest customers, the full-time remote Customer Onboarding Manager will manage approximately 20 concurrent implementations, ensuring stakeholder alignment, scoping requirements, and delivering product training across North America. Key responsibilities Manage a portfolio of 20 concurrent implementations, overseeing the entire customer relationship Scope engagement requirements and deliverables early to prevent delays in go-live dates Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing adoption and success of the platform Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in leading customer implementations or technical programs in a SaaS or technology environment Experience managing long-cycle projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely rollouts Ability to deliver technical training tailored to various audiences, from field crews to executives Metrics-driven approach, focusing on time to value, adoption, and retention Willingness to travel occasionally across North America as needed for customer engagements
