• Previous experience working in educational settings or with school-aged children preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for collaborating with students, teachers, and supervising Speech-Language Pathologists
• Capacity to adapt activities and strategies to individual student needs and IEP goals
• Skilled in documentation and progress monitoring using digital platforms

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to assigned students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Support the implementation of IEP goals by assisting in tailored therapy activities
• Prepare materials, schedule sessions, and maintain organized records of student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families to promote student growth
• Assist with screenings and data collection to monitor students’ needs and progress
