Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas SLP license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• School-based SLP experience preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates with strong clinical skills are welcome
• Excellent communication, organizational, and record-keeping abilities
• Collaborative spirit, thriving in team-based and independent settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students across varied grade levels (caseloads and grades to be determined)
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to optimize therapy outcomes and support students’ educational goals
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive school environment
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
