Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in Texas
• Previous experience working within a school setting is desirable
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with supervising SLPs, educators, and families
• Passion for supporting student growth and a commitment to professional standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist in delivering therapy and supporting students’ speech and language goals
• Implement therapy plans and activities, collecting data and providing accurate documentation of services provided
• Support students individually or in small groups, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Participate in team meetings and contribute observations about student progress
• Assist in parent communication under the direction of the supervising SLP
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all protocols and regulations
