Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions focusing on a range of issues including alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, and conflicts among family members.

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing specific challenges.

• Engage with clients to facilitate effective communication and relationship-building while focusing on resolution and coping strategies.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment methodologies in compliance with organizational protocols.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care and to refer clients to additional resources when needed.

The ideal candidate will work closely with various populations, including children, adolescents, and adults, managing an array of potential challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting blended families facing issues like separation, divorce, or job-related stress. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
