Starting Hourly Rate: $19.50 USD per hour About the Role As a Human Resources Expert, you will assist store leaders and teams in talent, staffing, and scheduling to ensure the right blend of experience and skills delivers an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities Deliver an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by greeting guests, helping them find what they need, resolving issues, and concluding transactions with a sincere thank you. Adjust to business and guest needs to maintain a smooth experience, supporting team efforts and assisting peers. Work with your HR leader to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs for each area of the business. Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates. Support team member and leader training needs and advocate for continuous learning. Serve as an expert on scheduling systems and pay practices. Deliver all HR processes and programs to maximize team member engagement and minimize business disruption. Support compliance and mitigate risk to the team member experience. Display a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. Work safely, comply with safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards. Remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes. Physical Requirements Handle cash register operations accurately. Frequently lift or move merchandise up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 44 pounds without assistance. Work in environments with varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain duties. Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift; shift length may vary. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
