What You’ll Do

• Attend in-person appointments and consult with prospective buyers and sellers provided by the team
• Learn and apply proven scripts, CRM workflows, and lead follow-up systems
• Accompany clients on showings, present offers, and support negotiations
• Collaborate with transaction coordinators to ensure smooth contract-to-close processes
• Track activity and performance metrics; participate in regular coaching sessions

What You’ll Bring (Must-Haves)

• Active real estate license in Texas OR actively pursuing licensing and committed to completion
• Coachable attitude, strong work ethic, and desire for a sales career
• Good communication skills and professional presence
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license for local appointments
• Willingness to attend training and follow team systems

• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
