Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions through video chat, providing a safe and confidential environment for clients to discuss their mental health concerns.

• Facilitating discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions and experiences, helping them to gain insight into their behavior and relationships.

• Actively advocating for clients, collaborating with them to define personal goals, and creating tailored treatment plans that address individual needs.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to assess clients’ mental conditions and implement solution-focused therapeutic interventions that foster positive outcomes.

• Maintaining minimal paperwork, as our systems streamline administrative tasks, allowing you to spend more time with clients and less on documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of screened, stable adults who are experiencing low acuity issues. This allows for a therapeutic focus not only on immediate concerns but also on long-term mental health development. The remote setting ensures that clients benefit from the same quality of care they would receive in-person, while providing convenience and accessibility that meets modern needs.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
\n
• Active Licensure as a Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (LIMFT) from an approved state board. Note that provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.

• Demonstrated ability to make professional evaluations, effective treatment planning, and informed decisions regarding client care.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing for meaningful connections with clients and fostering a therapeutic alliance.

• Strong computer literacy skills to navigate our online platform and ensure efficient delivery of services.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, we prefer candidates who have significant experience working with diverse populations, especially in a telehealth environment. Familiarity with solution-focused therapy techniques is an added advantage as it aligns closely with our treatment methodology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to the base salary, we provide:
