UNVIERSITY LIST IN PREP NOTES- Why Open- rep (We placed) didn't pick up the technology, didn't understand Counselor Sales Professional System; this is replacing her. previous rep to her left industry to work from home/has 2 kids
Wants - 2+ years of any sales exp.; would love someone with experience with both outside sales and virtual selling; ideal candidate has SaaS or tech but knows he probably can't afford that
Must be comfortable with Technology sales... there platform is called VANTAGE and MUST be comfortable being ON CAMPUS four days each week during the semester
Territory - Ideally live in around Baltimore -20% Overnights each month. Does not want anyone living in DC- too much traffic.
Must be comfortable with overnight travel DURING the semester.
