In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work remotely, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while contributing to the health and wellness of our clients. Though your primary responsibilities will take place online, you will also have access to our outpatient office as needed for collaborative multidisciplinary team meetings or client engagements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, groups, couples, and families.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions in a way that encourages clients to actively engage in their personal development and emotional healing.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care, including communication with other mental health professionals, physicians, and clients’ support systems.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

As a member of our team, you will work with a diverse array of clients from various backgrounds, many of whom face challenges in accessing traditional mental health services. Your expertise will be vital in treating common mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical context, is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or additional training in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. Alongside a supportive work environment, our benefits include:
