General Laborer

A growing mechanical and construction services company is seeking General Laborers (Fire Watch) to support a large-scale project in Golden, CO. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction while starting a path toward long-term career growth within the organization.

Location: Golden, CO

Pay: $22/hr

• Perform fire watch duties to maintain a safe work environment during and after hot work activities
• Monitor work areas for fire hazards, sparks, and unsafe conditions
• Maintain continuous observation of assigned zones
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and on-site teams
• Follow all site-specific safety procedures and protocols
• Complete necessary documentation and incident reports
• Assist with general labor and site support tasks as needed

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 30 lbs as needed
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
