Achieve sales targets and uphold BMW's customer experience expectations. Requirements: Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required. If no previous automotive sales experience, you will begin as a BMW Genius. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Passion for BMW vehicles and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
