Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology
• Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
• Familiarity with creating and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans
• Strong understanding of RTI/MTSS frameworks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to build relationships with students, staff, and families
• Adaptability and comfort working in varied school settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ cognitive, academic, and socio-emotional functioning through standardized assessments and observations
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to identify students in need of support
• Develop data-driven recommendations for educational planning, interventions, and accommodations
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise regarding evaluation results and strategies
• Support crisis intervention services as needed
• Deliver consultative services to staff and families regarding behavioral and mental health topics
• Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive atmosphere for all students
