Qualifications & Experience:

• Possess current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience in school settings or with K-12 students strongly preferred
• Skillful in conducting assessments and interpreting results to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Familiarity with the Response to Intervention (RTI) model or Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
• Excellent communication and consultation skills with staff and parents
• Ability to develop and implement effective behavioral interventions
• Organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments and write clear, actionable evaluation reports
• Support teachers and staff through consultation, collaboration, and professional development
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to help determine eligibility and services for special education
• Provide direct and indirect counseling and crisis response services to students
• Assist in developing interventions that improve student outcomes both academically and behaviorally
• Help design positive, inclusive environments for all learners within the school community
