Job Description Summary Pike Motorworks has an immediate opening for an experienced Leasing Professional. This position is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing, resident satisfaction, and lease renewals. Essential Responsibilities • Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve community revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours, processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks, preparing lease and move‑in packages, and ensuring a smooth resident move‑in and lease signing.

• Inspect apartments prior to resident move‑in to ensure they are move‑in ready and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Stay informed about current market and competitor conditions that impact occupancy and sales, and develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral and employer outreach programs, internet marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook, and other community‑specific marketing plans.
• Use on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track apartment availability, record traffic and leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data, and capture critical demographic and other information.
• Ensure that community show units meet company standards for show quality, daily inspect the marketing corridor and leasing tour, communicate maintenance needs, and prepare the leasing office for daily leasing activities.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction with email, thank‑you notes, or telephone calls.
• Execute lease renewal program activities, including preparing lease renewal letters and packages, meeting with renewing residents, and ensuring renewal documents are signed and implemented on time.
• Respond quickly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns, document and convey requests to the appropriate individuals.

Licenses and Certifications • Must hold all licenses and/or certifications required by state and local jurisdictions. • Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property. Physical Demands Stand, walk, sit for extended periods; bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, crawl in confined areas. Work inside and outside in all weather conditions. Push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance. Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties, attend training, business meetings, or other situations. Work a flexible schedule, including call times during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications Previous sales and customer service experience desired; a positive can‑do attitude is required. Proficient in MS Office Suite; knowledge of property management software (Yardi/OneSite) desired. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively; complete legal documents; sell and explain apartment features; answer resident questions. High level of professionalism in manner and dress. What You Might Do Be part of a team providing excellent customer service. Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, virtual and in‑person. Ensure a stellar move‑in experience for customers. Research market comps for marketing and advertising. Plan and execute community events. Follow up with prospects by phone and email. Utilize social media and internet platforms to market available units. Assist with lease renewals. Respond to resident concerns. Additional Compensation Hourly range: $21.50 – $24.00. Compensation may vary based on business requirements, experience, skills, and location.
