Residential Sales Representative

Job Overview Atlas Trillo, part of the nation’s largest plumbing, heating, and air conditioning service provider, is seeking a Residential HVAC Sales Representative. This role focuses on new and existing residential customers, providing exceptional service and driving sales. We Offer Opportunity to earn $100k to $200k+ per year, uncapped commission. Drive to sales locations, meet with current and potential customers in their homes, and evaluate and present options. Commit to relationship selling and earn repeat business through excellent performance in a one‑call‑close setting. Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service. This is an uncapped commission opportunity—take control of your earnings through closing skills. Qualifications Experience in outside sales and one‑call‑close in a residential in‑home environment. Experience in the skilled trades business model (HVAC, plumbing, pest control, lawn care, roofing, etc.). Proven sales track record. Ability to travel to pre‑set appointments in your assigned area using a company‑provided work vehicle. Strong work ethic, excellent customer service, and communication skills. Willingness to work long, sporadic hours and/or weekends as needed. Willingness to access attics and crawl spaces regularly. Must undergo pre‑employment drug screen, background checks, and possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
