- Process around 100-150 invoices/day
- Major Account Reconciliation and Payment for parts department
- COI requests
- Process credit card payments weekly
- Help clean up old credits on AP accounts
- Assist with Statements
- Vendor application forms
- Assist with audits
- Other Miscellaneous Account Projects as requested by AP lead or Accounting Manager
- Three years accounting experience preferred
- Education is a plus
- MS Word and MS Excel
- Ability to multi-task
- Team driven
- Ability to dive into solving problems and find solutions
- Organizational skills are a must
- Brings positive attitude
- Dependable
