Construction Superintendent

Job Requirements Current First Aid and CPR certifications. 30‑hour OSHA certification. Proficient in Reading Blueprints and Project Documents. Scheduling experience. Prefer 10 years of experience as a Superintendent. Duties The Superintendent will: Promote Job‑Site Safety. Coordinate and supervise the construction process through final construction, ensuring timely completion within budget. Develop and distribute "Look Ahead" schedules to subcontractors. Work with all parties, including Project Managers, Engineers, Architects, Laborers, and others who are involved in the construction process. Determine the best way to get materials to the building site and the most cost‑effective plan and schedule for completing the project. Conduct weekly meetings with subcontractors. Determine the labor requirements. Oversee the performance of all subcontractors and will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed on schedule. Oversee the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment; worker productivity and safety; and the quality of construction. Responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and monitoring compliance with building and safety codes, other regulations, and requirements.
