About The Role The Revenue Operations Analyst acts as the analytical and programmatic backbone of the go‑to‑market organization, bridging the gap between sales data, operational systems, and financial forecasting. This role is responsible for diagnosing friction in the revenue funnel and translating raw system data into actionable insights that directly impact the bottom line. The team relies on this role to optimize the commercial tech stack, design cleaner customer journeys, and build the reporting infrastructure that leadership needs to make strategic scaling decisions. Key Responsibilities Own and administer the core revenue tech stack, specifically Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, and integrated data routing tools like LeanData Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards in Tableau or Looker to track key funnel metrics including CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates Partner with sales leadership to design and execute annual planning models, including territory mapping, quota setting, and commission structure alignment Perform root‑cause analysis on system operational issues and lead cross‑functional remediation efforts across sales, marketing, and customer success teams Standardize data entry protocols and run recurring data cleanliness audits to ensure the integrity of the lead‑to‑opportunity database Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key revenue workflows to ensure scalable onboarding and execution What We Are Looking For 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business intelligence within a fast‑growing B2B SaaS environment Advanced proficiency with Salesforce (admin certification highly preferred) and SQL for querying relational databases Proven experience building and maintaining complex reporting models in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI Strong understanding of B2B revenue engines, customer lifecycles, and standard SaaS metrics (ARR, NDR, Churn) Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field Bonus: Experience with dbt, python for basic data manipulation, or managing compensation software like CaptivateIQ or Spiff #J-18808-Ljbffr
