Registered Nurse, Rehabilitation (Night Shift)ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Rehabilitation (Night Shift) in Columbus, Ohio.LocationColumbus, OHAssignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.Schedule/ShiftNight shift, 3x12-hour schedule.Job DescriptionThe Registered Nurse (RN) will maintain the delivery of quality care by assuring the nursing care plan is followed. Responsibilities include performing nursing assessments, developing individualized care plans, and ensuring effective communication among team members to support patient safety and quality outcomes.ResponsibilitiesPerform nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission.Develop individualized plans of care based on assessments and collaboration with the patient/family and interdisciplinary team.Participate in the patient rehabilitation program and provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.Initiate discharge planning from the day of admission and conduct necessary patient education.Ensure timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses in accordance with policy.Provide direction and supervision to ancillary nursing personnel.Maintain communication with nursing staff and management regarding healthcare needs and safety issues.Foster a positive work environment through team building and effective problem-solving skills.Required ExperienceMinimum of two years of bedside clinical experience is highly desired.Certifications/LicensureBLS Certification required prior to first shift.ACLS Certification required prior to first shift (CIRH ONLY).About ARMStaffingFounded in 2011 and a member of the ARGroup, LLC, ARMStaffing connects dedicated nurses and allied health professionals with the facilities that need them most.
