Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting processes including intake sessions, sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates Partner with engineering and product leaders to define role requirements, write compelling job descriptions, and calibrate on candidate profiles Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse ATS, and outbound sourcing channels to build and nurture proactive talent pipelines Drive candidate experience and transparent communication from initial recruiter screen to final debrief Analyze recruiting metrics and funnel data to identify bottlenecks and optimize time-to-hire Facilitate interview debriefs and coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and unconscious bias mitigation What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within high-growth technology companies or specialized agencies Demonstrated expertise with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to advise technical leadership Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Bonus: Experience recruiting globally, familiarity with HR analytics dashboards, or a background in technical sourcing #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
