AI Forward Deployed Engineer

Owning the deployment journey from initial process file to production workflow, the full-time AI Forward Deployed Engineer will work remotely to implement and enhance enterprise-level AI solutions while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to drive organizational adoption. Key responsibilities Deploy and manage workflows, ensuring measurable improvements within customer environments Collaborate with stakeholders to build understanding and trust, facilitating lasting customer capabilities Document deployment processes and integration patterns to streamline future implementations Required qualifications Experience in enterprise production environments with a focus on governance and resilience Technical proficiency in debugging integrations, configuring Camunda clusters, and writing custom agents Practical experience using AI in production settings, including context management and prompt engineering Strong communication skills to effectively engage with engineering and business leadership Ability to navigate ambiguity and document learnings for future reference
